Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 12 business days. Please note that all orders require a processing time of 1-3 business days for packaging and quality control before being shipped.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters.
If your order is shipped from our central warehouse, customs clearance may affect delivery timelines.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 shipping fee. Free for all orders over $30.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes of purchase and reorder with accurate details.
Important Notes
- If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing it, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
- If an incorrect address is provided, resulting in the package being lost or unrecoverable, the customer assumes the loss. We will not replace the order or issue a refund.
